Middlefield Laundry Room Water Damage

This laundry room had a lot of water damage from recent flooding. This room is lower than the other rooms in the home and the flood water gathered there bringing with it all the dirt and grime from the outside.

The homeowners were very worried about the cost of the cleanup. Luckily for this home the room was not made of drywall but of painted cinder blocks and bricks. The sealant and paint did not allow the flood water to penetrate the cinderblocks.

We cleanup the area and disinfected it of bacteria and other contaminates which did not cost as much as it could have had there been more need for demolition.
