Water Main Break

This facility was flooded when by a broken water main in front of the building. Once all of the water was extracted, the drying process was started. It is important to have a proper number of air movers and dehumidifiers on site to dry quickly and efficiently. Each day a project manager should document the drying progress. 

Once the drying is complete, the job can be released back to the owner. In most cases all photos and documents can be turned over so if the insurance company needs them, they will be available. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at anytime.
