Bonus Room Water Damage in Chardon, Ohio

This bonus room in this Chardon home had water covering the entire floor. The damage was extensive after a sewer line had backed up and flooded the room. The carpet and pad both had to be removed in order to keep the bacteria from harming the home owners.

Once the flooring was removed we disinfected the surface area and started the drying process. Drying can take from 3-5 days depending on what is wet. Concrete takes some time to dry resulting in a longer drying time for this home.
